Chapter 16-A Path to a Demon

Your POV

After that, you were torn.

Yao still kept his eye on you and you were thrown into a room in the Santa Maria by yourself never to escape.

You couldn't until the next 3 days.

When Arthur would be executed.

You sat shriveled by the wall slumping onto the hammock you slept in. You pressed your fingers on the window and breathed slowly and steadily.

You didn't know what to do.

Suddenly two girls were thrown into the room as they burst through the door. Both angry.

"Let us out Spain! When I'm through with you-"

"Espania you let me go! You idiot why the hell did you capture even more girls! I had to drop off two at the islands the other day! If you just want some slave or something go get your own or quit leaving this ship a damn mess! Your going to be grasping for your dear life when I am through with you you-"

-*violent cursing coming out of peoples mouths. Flying Mint bunny has shielded you*-

You stared in surprise as the two girls slumped by the door exhausted.

"No luck?" You groaned.

"No." They both replied.

Suddenly, you recognized one of the girls.

"London! What in Dragon's name are you doing here?"

She smirked.

"Think you could have kept this away from you?" She laughed while you smiled.

She was such a great friend.

Especially when she had to take care of those Kirklands.

Then you noticed the other woman.

"Who are you?" You questioned.

"I'm Mexico senorita!" She cried standing up proudly pausing for a second...

"ESPANIA! YOU LET US GO THIS INSTANT! OR I'M GOING TO WHOP YOUR SORRY BUT SILLY-"

*More cursing........Sorry guys*

When Mexico had finally talked herself out she slumped to the floor of the ship.

"God. What a day." She cried taking a sip of the whiskey that the guards have left in the room as the ship rocked from side to side. She tossed London a bottle.

"You said it." London moaned taking a sip herself.

"B-But...why are you guys here?" You replied slightly shocked and grateful.

"Well, *gulp* you see my Brother Espana can be quite the damn idiot at times *chug* he has this whole rivalry with Britain. Blah blah blah they don't like each other. Then awesome Mexico has to swoop in and save the day-"

"And he ended up throwing us in this hell of a room!" Cried London furiously as she kicked the door. It was still locked.

You could hear laughter from outside your room.

You turned away.

You thoughts still drifting about Britain.

You were confused.

You had loved him with all your heart...and now?

"Hey are you alright?" Mexico asked from behind you as she walked up to you.

"__________, are you ok?"

Suddenly, you pulled te=hem both in and felt yourself sobbing into their vests.

"I-I don't know what to do!" You cried in agony.

Your friends looked at you and London softly spoke.

"Britain really did love you you know." London said softly.

"Yeah, my Idiot Brother is twisting up the story. The reason we came here was that we were trying to break you out." Mexico explained numerously trying to kick open the door. "Stupid. Gilbert. Catching. Us. Saying. He's. More. AWESOME. Then me."

Suddenly, London's face paled and you looked at her curiously.

They were hiding something.

"There's something you guys aren't telling me is there..."

They looked at each other with wide eyes.

"Of course not!" They huffed their faces reddening.

You stood up.

"What are their REAL plans?" You asked trembling.

They stood stiff and silent.

"Tell me please!"

Finally, they gulped and London's face paled even more. Only Mexico could bare to say it....after all Arthur wasn't her brother.

"On the day of Arthur's execution..."

She stopped herself and you started to tremble. But slowly...she went on.

"You will be married to Antonio."
